Thursday, 7 March 2024 - The "Learn and Lunch Live with Chef Jo" program organized by our department, FSTM Food Service and Management Department was held at L'apprenti@Putra Restaurant.
In this program participants can learn and see how to cook a unique menu which is Spicy Seafood Chocolate Pasta which is taught directly by Chef Jo, a former judge of Masterchef Malaysia who is also an Adjunct Professor for FSTM. Next, the participants were served a 3-course lunch menu which was served course by course.
L'apprenti would like to say a thousand thanks to all the participants involved in supporting our program, and a million thanks to Chef Jo for the knowledge and sharing provided. Hopefully the participants will gain valuable knowledge and experience throughout the program.
