The purpose of these guidelines is to provide information to all faculties, institutes and centers pertaining to the procedure of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) (Academic / Student Exchange) at UPM. With these guidelines, all parties will be able to handle the process of establishing the MoU/MoA and hence, manage the activities or projects within the scope in accordance with the appropriate procedures which have a high impact on the university. As for MoA other than Research/Academic/Student Exchange please liaise with The Office of the Legal Advisor at http://www.ppuu.upm.edu.my
